Huawei has announced to discontinue the service and operation of the Huawei Cloud Computer app at 11:59 PM on August 2021 (China). According to the information, this latest move from the company comes under the recent shift in business development strategy.
Following 15 August, users will not be able to log in and use it in the feature. On the other hand, all stored data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
To be mentioned, the Cloud Computer app wasn’t widely used by the consumers and its popularity remained enclosed among a certain group of users.
Huawei Cloud Computer App:
Huawei debuted the Huawei Cloud Computer app in 2018 the AppGallery. By simply login into this app, it allows the smartphone and tablets to become Windows computers using the Windows system of the cloud host to run PC programs to complete tasks, which cannot be handled by Android System.

- Users can access the exclusive personal cloud computer on their devices.
- Users can directly use the smartphone to operate Windows 10 system.
- Huawei Cloud Computer is compatible with all PC software.
- Support Mobile Office, programming, game, and more.
- Provide portable service to users that can replace traditional computers.
- This app is only supportive of Huawei devices and some models of Honor.

Due to the adjustment of business development strategy, “Huawei Cloud Computer” will stop service and operation at 23:59 on August 15, 2021, Beijing time. You will not be able to log in and use it at that time and in the future. Prior to this, the valid package can still be connected and used. Please be sure to transfer all data in the cloud computing in time. After the service is stopped, your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
We recommend that you use the purchased package in time or unsubscribe before 23:59 on August 15, 2021. If you do not unsubscribe in time before stopping the service, at 23:59 on August 15, 2021, for packages whose purchase time is within 1 year, an automatic “unsubscription” will be arranged for you. The specific arrival time will be determined by your original payment channel. Whichever is higher, please check-in time.
